KlassIsle sells digital educational resources. No physical product will be shipped unless expressly stated otherwise.
After successful payment, customers receive access to the purchased digital file through the website, order confirmation page, email or customer account.

You may print purchased resources for your own household, classroom or direct teaching use.

- claim KlassIsle resources as your own work; or

Payments
All prices are displayed in the currency shown on the website at the time of purchase.
Payments are processed through approved third-party payment providers, including WiPay. Orders are considered confirmed once payment has been successfully processed.
Download Access
Customers are responsible for providing a valid email address and downloading purchased files within the download limits and expiry period stated for the product.
KlassIsle is not responsible for lost access caused by an incorrect customer email address, failure to download within the permitted period or deletion of files after successful download.
If you experience a genuine technical issue, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to assist.
Refunds
Because KlassIsle products are digital downloads, refunds, returns and exchanges are generally not available once a product has been accessed or downloaded.

Minor differences may occur between preview images and the final downloadable product due to display, printer or device settings.
