At KlassIsle Ltd., we want our customers to be satisfied with their purchase. Because our products are digital downloads and are delivered electronically, our refund policy differs from that of physical products.
Digital Products
All KlassIsle products are digital files. No physical item will be shipped.
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are generally final once the product has been downloaded or accessed.
We therefore do not normally offer refunds, returns or exchanges for:
- change of mind;
- accidental purchases;
- failure to read the product description before purchase;
- purchasing the wrong product; or
- compatibility issues that are not caused by the KlassIsle file itself.
Problems With Your Download
If you experience a genuine technical problem with your purchase, such as:
- a damaged or corrupted file;
- an incorrect file being supplied;
- a download link that does not work; or
- a product that is materially different from its description,
please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue.
Where appropriate, we may provide a replacement file, renewed download access or another suitable solution.
Download Access
Paid digital products are generally provided with a limited number of downloads and a limited download period. Customers are responsible for downloading and saving their purchased files within the period stated at checkout or in their order confirmation.
If you experience a genuine problem accessing your purchase, please contact us as soon as possible.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchase the same digital product more than once, please contact us with your order details. We will review the matter and determine whether a refund or store credit is appropriate.
Refund Requests
Any refund request must be submitted to us with:
- your name;
- order number;
- email address used for the purchase; and
- a brief explanation of the issue.
Submitting a request does not automatically guarantee a refund. Each request will be reviewed based on the circumstances of the purchase.
